College Office Reports empowers the user to create his own reports, making available more than 250 data items to be used in building queries and report layouts, while shielding him form the complexity of the database relational model. The user is no longer restricted to a few canned reports: all the information stored in College Office is available to be analyzed and exported in reports (lists, forms, summaries, cross tabulations) and labels. The information can be directly printed or it can be exported as Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet, graph, pivot table), Microsoft Word (mail merge), Adobe Acrobat PDF (requires a third party PDF driver), HTML, XML, dBase etc..

College Office Reports can import the new report definitions designed by SemaFox and sent by email or on disk. Flexible. The system is designed from the ground up to be as flexible as possible. It can handle any grading system and it never imposes a rule on student records that cannot be overruled. The user is free to do what is best for the student rather than being forced to do what is best for the system. The traditional sessions and class paradigm is available but not required: students and programs of study which do not fit the mold are easily accommodated.
